Terms of Use
In short: Fit with MB offers wellness education and coaching, not medical care. You must be 18 or over, keep your account secure and use the service respectfully. Please read our Health Disclaimer and Privacy Policy too.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Fit with MB mobile app (also shown as "FitByMB"), this website and our coaching services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms, our Health Disclaimer and our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law. The Service is currently intended for users in India.
3. Wellness education, not medical care
The Service provides general fitness, nutrition and lifestyle education and coaching. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and Fit with MB is not a medical device. Always consult a qualified doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a health condition, take medication, are pregnant or are recovering from an injury. In an emergency, call 112. Our chat and messages are not monitored for emergencies.
4. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your phone and sign-in codes (OTPs) secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us at support@fitwithmb.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- You can delete your account at any time (how to delete).
5. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the Service. For example, don't share content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading; don't try to access other people's data or disrupt the Service; and don't copy, resell or redistribute our content without permission.
6. Coaching plans and payments
Some features, such as personal 1:1 coaching, may be offered as paid plans. Before you buy, we will clearly show the price, what is included, how long it lasts, how renewal works and the cancellation and refund terms. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are also subject to their terms.
7. Content and intellectual property
Workouts, plans, articles, videos, images, the Fit with MB name and logo are owned by Fit with MB or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Information you provide remains yours; you allow us to use it only to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
The Service links to or works with services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Apple Health and Google Health Connect. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we make important changes to these terms, we will tell you in advance in the app or by email.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fit with MB is not liable for any injury, health outcome, loss or damage arising from your use of the Service or from acting on general wellness information without appropriate medical advice. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve concerns informally first; please contact us.
